Meet Todd & Nico
Todd Faubion (PhD) founded Narrative Advising in 2013, and previously worked as a health educator, HIV researcher, and academic advisor. His diverse background allows him to guide applicants skillfully through all aspects of the admissions process. He has helped countless students gain admission to medical school and other graduate school programs, uncovering the story only they can tell and translating it into applications that are compelling and deeply authentic.
Nico Flint earned her MPH in Global Health from the University of Washington in 2023 and has been mentoring students since 2018. She specializes in assessing institutional fit, identifying programs where clients will thrive, and guiding applicants through thoughtful, detailed essay revision. Drawing on her intercultural experiences and research background, Nico approaches her work with adaptability and a strong sense of compassion.
